When you submit an inquiry, we collect the contact, company, vehicle, tire, location and service details you choose to provide. Required fields help us identify and respond to your request. Do not include payment information or other sensitive information in the message field.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to respond, discuss tire options, coordinate requested service and maintain related business records. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Storage and service providers
Requests are stored in our website database. Hosting and configured communications providers process information to operate these services. Processing may occur outside Canada. Access is restricted to authorized business use. Information is kept for inquiry follow-up and related business requirements and may be deleted when no longer needed.
Optional analytics
When configured and accepted through the consent banner, Google Analytics and Google Ads may use cookies and event data to measure site use and conversions, including phone and email link clicks and completed requests. Form contents are not included in analytics events. You can withdraw consent by clearing this site’s stored data in your browser and declining on your next visit. Necessary hosting and security functions operate independently of optional analytics.
